No further reports of issues with expired asset URLs. That part of the incident seems to be resolved.

The changes to the timeout config to correct the missing data for vector variants did not produce the expected results. The team plans to implement an API change that should fix the issue moving forward. We expect another update regarding that tomorrow.

The invalid asset storage URLs have all been sent for review/correction. The team has adjusted a timeout config to address the rejections due to missing data for vector items. We will follow up with Artwork teams and provide another update by tomorrow AM EST.

UPDATE:

Artwork teams continue to work the issue, separating the rejections due to URL problems (during doc review) and the rejections due to missing data for vector variants (which will need to be addressed in Studio). The two issues have affected ~240 items total. Next update in 1 hour.
