All National Pen products are being impacted, as the API from a service is returning an UNDELIVERABLE status. Currently, purchases and shipping are not blocked. While they do have error handling in place for cases where the API returns a 404 with UNDELIVERABLE status, they are receiving incorrect inventory data for all products. This is a request for the Support team to look into this with a high priority during business hours.
