Escalation sent to: Fulfillment: Planning/Data Investigation for review.
CT has reinjected and rejected specific Poster orders. However, since the items were rejected in MCP, they did not transition to the “Cancel” state in Viper. The rejections occurred on September 17th around 17:00 CEST, affecting approximately 650 items. Production on A4 posters is halted due to this issue, resulting in more than 2,000 items currently being impacted. Requesting team to look into this with high priority during business hours.
