The reporting team indicated that the problem was resolved by ~12:30pm. No root cause has been identified at this point but we will follow up with them tomorrow to find out any additional details.

No additional details at this point. The owners of the affected service are checking internally for possible causes. We will update again by EOD with their findings.

Access teams have confirmed the related services are functioning as expected. Manual token requests have successful, which points to a possible issue with the auth requests coming from the new deployment (after a recently upgraded cluster).

Next update will be in 1 hour since the impact appears to be limited to this particular app.

Vista has reported they are seeing token failures, 401 errors from trust.cimpress.io which is preventing stakeholders from being able to access the Price Recommender internal tool. This means Pricing Specialists are not able to set up prices for products across all Vista locales without extensive manual steps. Please investigate at highest priority.
