The Artwork team observed spikes in 5xx errors on September 11th, 13th, and 17th after switching to the new Surface Explorer endpoint. During these periods, the errors blocked order injection into MCP. The Product team is already addressing the issue and has upgraded the service infrastructure. This incident has been logged for tracking purposes. The team will continue to monitor stability and the next update will be shared once the service is stabilized or max in 24 hours
