No further issues reported from production. Support/dev teams have provided info on the fix for future occurrences. At this point, the incident is contained.

Test jobs have successfully been sent and processed at the press as expected. The workflows should now be able to function normally. We will continue to monitor for 30min before closing the issue.

Support teams are still working to bring the file transfer host online. While the MPI updates are going out to certain CT, BoxUp and Vista notification lists, it should be noted that the issue specifically pertains to BoxUp production. Next update in 30 minutes or sooner.
