Incident Resolved: CTIM-1823
This issue has been identified as a bug that has likely existed for some time. Vista has opted to de-prioritize the issue and will add the bug fix into their backlog. Discussions around the proper implementation are ongoing. At this point, the incident is contained.

UPDATE:

CT and Vista teams found some inconsistencies in the components related to Photobook previews that will need to be clarified further before a fix can be implemented.

Since the direct impact to customers continues to be minimal, we will follow up during business hours and provide another update within 24hours.

CT and Vista teams have identified two separate issues with this product that are being diagnosed. Next update will be provided by EOD ET.

Re-opening this issue as there’s a possibility that the component is owned by Renering squad. CT Artwork teams are online to investigate.
