Support team found no issue from their service end. Switching to different network resolved the issue for many orders. Customer will check back tomorrow and confirm on this. At this point incident is contained.

After completing troubleshooting steps, one artist was able to download artwork. We are now awaiting confirmation from the fulfiller to verify if the issue is resolved for all users.

The WMD users facing download delays in the review app. Impact has grown from 6–7 artists to 9, and Pixart has also reported the issue. While requests are eventually released, downloads are taking much longer than usual. Currently they have 3,200 orders from today that need to be released before 06:30 IST. The relevant team is actively investigating with priority. Next update will be shared once we have more information or within 30 minutes.
