UPDATE:

Product Catalog team confirms that the original issue was caused by an infrastructure change that has since recovered. They are not planning to perform any additional changes and the service should remain stable. We will continue to monitor the issue for 30min.

Vista reported spikes in errors during customer checkouts from ~2:30pm ET - 3:00pm ET. The problem seems to have subsided at this point. Currently not paging additional squads but teams are already online to investigate the issue.
