The Artwork Generation endpoint was returning 500 errors for Vista users between 16:00 and 16:50 IST, with an error rate of ~80% during this period. The Artwork team reverted a recent change at 16:50 IST, which resolved the issue. This ticket is being created for tracking purposes.
