Users are experiencing an issue when trying to access and edit customer complaints. The issue was first reported by Printdeal but also affects Pixart and Easyflyer. Since the problem is not directly affecting customers or production, we’re engaging the support teams without paging at this point and it will be reviewed during their business hours.
