UPDATE:

The Plant IT team restarted the relevant service and everything is now working fine. We will continue to monitor for some time to ensure stability before containing this incident.

WND is experiencing slowness in Webshell on PDAs during Fetch/PutAway activities in Binning, with delays of 5–10 seconds. The Plant IT team has observed some deadlock events on the database, though it is not yet confirmed if these are related to the issue.
