Cloudflare and Auth0 are showing all systems are functional. We are currently checking internally whether CT auth services have recovered.

The underlying Auth0 issue is related to an ongoing Cloudflare outage. We are monitoring their status updates and will provide additional details once we can expect recovery of CT auth services. Next update in 30 minutes or sooner.

Current impact appears to be certain MCP websites and services. We’ve received reports from BoxUp and National Pen. Vista customers are not affected, though some Fulfillment services that are located in the affected AWS region are. Next update in 30 minutes or sooner.

Access domain has reported that there are authentication issues affecting services in us-east-1 region. The problem is due to a third-party problem with Auth0. Support teams are actively monitoring the problem.
