The underlying Auth0 issue is related to an ongoing Cloudflare outage. We are monitoring their status updates and will provide additional details once we can expect recovery of CT auth services. Next update in 30 minutes or sooner.

Support teams have moved the service to another region to mitigate the problem. They’ve have identified the possible root cause but will investigate further to confirm during business hours as long as the impact is lessened with the current workaround. Production has indicated that there’s still intermittent failures. Next update in 30 minutes.

WND production is seeing issues with labels showing ‘No router data found’ and problems with errors on the PDAs during put-away and fetch activities. The errors indicate a problem with the Issue Tracking Service.
