Issue started from August 18th and following that a ticket has been raised to 3rd party service provider. Its been almost 24 hours we haven’t received any updates from the 3rd party service provider on the resolution. We will share the next update when we get a response from them.

The 3rd party provider is already aware of the issue and their engineering team is working on it with high priority. Next update will be shared once we receive a response from the provider or CTIM will follow up within 2 hour.

Vista experiencing an issue in Gemini Looker where the agent-saving functionality is not working. This prevents stakeholders from using the Conversational AI feature, which is blocking progress on a Vista FY26 KR around self-service analytics. The relevant team is actively engaged and has raised a ticket with the relevant 3rd-party provider. We are awaiting their response. Next update in max 1 hour.
