UPDATE:

Fix has been deployed by CT Artwork teams for the affected service. Requests to the API are now going through as expected. We will continue to monitor the issue for a while before closing the incident.

UPDATE:

Latest deployment of the affected service was reverted, but the errors have continued. Artwork teams are currently working on a fix. Also, Vista teams are updating the Studio error handling to prevent crashing customer sessions when receiving the 500 response.

Next update in 1 hour or sooner if the fixes are pushed prior to that time.

Customer impact appears to be higher than expected. Support squads from CT Artwork and Vista are currently working the issue. Next update in 30 minutes.

Vista reported they’re receiving 500 error responses from Wacko service. Artwork teams are already online and reviewing the issue. Impact is estimated to be relatively minimal at this point, though it could prevent some users from reaching checkout.
