PDC is currently down due to an underlying issue in CT services, which is disrupting PDC functionality. The process is failing while transforming a document due to a null pointer error. Since there were no recent code changes from Vista, this suggests that the failure is coming from an underlying service dependency. Requesting CT Artwork team to look into this.
