UPDATE:

All MIS Paperless teams have checked the issue and found that the required event status has not been transmitted back to the Paperless system from the Piranha software. Local IT teams would need to check the setup of the press software and retry these jobs.

Next update after we’ve heard back from the fulfiller’s local IT teams.
