UPDATE:
The issue has been identified as an incomplete setup for the product type that didn’t include the necessary surface configuration data. Teams from Vista and CT Fulfillment are working to create the correct configuration for the 5x7 Postcards. Next update tomorrow AM ET unless we have additional info by EOD.

Support teams have continued to diagnose the issue. Since it’s not currently a customer-facing problem, we will continue the investigation during business hours once we have additional teams online. Next update will be tomorrow morning ET.

Vista has reported an issue with the surface sizes for Postcard Envelopes. Support teams have already indicated that the product mappings appear correct but the surface is still showing the wrong size. Additional details in the incident channel.
