CTIM is currently investigating a high-priority incident affecting Vista, where a spike in 500 errors for the MAiSe API has been impacting the UX Mods—specifically the Quantity Selection page at /configure/quantity—across the Order History, Cart, and Order Details pages. The issue has been ongoing since 4 PM UTC on 11 August. CTIM will follow up with the Support team during their business hours, which begin in approximately 5 hours (2 PM IST).
