UPDATE:
It appears that increased waits in the database caused the reported slowness in WND/RNO production that was separate from the problems in DPK. The database performance is now at normal levels. We will continue to monitor the issue.
UPDATE:
The fulfillment teams have been notified of the issue and are planning to release a patch by tomorrow morning that should help mitigate the impact of the ‘task canceled’ errors.
Production in WND and RNO have since reported slowness as well when shipping items. We’re looking into those reports currently. Next update in 30min.
