Shipments failing in National Pen
Incident Resolved: CTIM-1710
Logistics support/dev squads have identified that the issue is related to a planned deployment of the new system to the National Pen plant. Production has agreed to wait until the launch on Thursday to ship items using the affected carrier (USPS). If the launch is delayed, they plan to implement a workaround so those items can be shipped by Thursday.
At this point, the incident is contained. We will follow up with the teams on Thursday to verify the new system deployment.
