UPDATE:

With the successful deployment, some teams are now seeing responses on the website while others are still not. We are monitoring the situation closely to ensure consistent responses across all teams before declaring the incident contained.

UPDATE:

Backbone Auth Service has been successfully re-deployed and teams started seeing improvements across the Backbone Endpoints & Cockpit. Support team is seeing Cockpit to load and Backbone endpoints to provide success responses but may face some intermittent errors till all tasks from service are up & running. Next update in max 30 minutes

Escalation sent to: eCommerce Support for review.
Some Backbone endpoints and Cockpit APIs are currently failing which is causing the Cockpit application to fail to load. The Support team is actively investigating the issue with high priority. Initial suspicion is that the incident may be related to the old Backbone COAM client secret which was rotated yesterday. Next update when we hear back from them or max in 30 minutes.
