Sending as MPI to reach wider business unit audience. Currently, 8K+ items are stuck in a workflow process that means they are not able to progress to production of any Cimpress Business Unit. This is ongoing since 17:30 ET on August 4 and is actively being investigated at the highest priority. Next update in max 30 minutes.
