Incident Resolved: CTIM-1676
Initial reports from production indicate the issue is resolved for Casino and Laser workflows. Incident is contained at this point, but we will keep the channel open to monitor the situation for now.

A fix has been pushed for Laser workflows, pending confirmation from production.

A deployment has been rolled back which has resolved the problems in Casino workflows. Paperless teams are now checking the Laser workflow issues. Next update in 30min or sooner.

Production in CZH has reported similar issues. This is likely a global service issue. Upgrading to Major Production Incident (MPI)
Dev teams are already engaged and working the problem. Next update in 30min or sooner.
