The team has redacted the batches, so the failed orders should be re-batched and include the proper package. We are now moving the case status to ‘Contained.’ The RCA will be shared by the respective team.

CTIM is working on a high-priority incident affecting NatlPen-MEX, where errors are occurring in the Piranha application on pad print process machines. Adding the Dninjas team to confirm if this is a non-Piranha issue.
