The problem has been identified as an issue at the press which is being evaluated by National Pen support teams. We will keep the incident open until we get confirmation that they’ve resolved the issue on their end and production is able to resume.

The issue seems to be isolated to the press software that is downstream of any MIS services. We’ve asked for the local IT teams to check/verify the functionality on that side.

Machines in engraving workflow are printing items intermittently, skipping every other item. The details we’ve gathered so far point to a problem with the press software itself, though CTIM has raised the issue to check internally as well.
