UPDATE:
No reports from WND production day shift, though the afternoon shift has indicated that there’s still higher than usual failed shipments. Adding Logistics dev team to help review the webshell errors during their business hours.

No error spikes or reports from production since ~5pm ET. We will continue to monitor the situation. We will update the issue again tomorrow morning ET unless there’s further developments to share.

Teams are still monitoring the reports from production to compare to spikes in errors from Orders service which appear to line up. Fulfillment dev teams have been helping to identify the root cause, though it is still unclear.
We’ve asked for production to continue to track the times of slowness so we can gather the data. Next update in one hour.

Logistics team was unable to identify any specific problem with the shipping API. WND Production reporting additional ‘status 500’ errors at this point. Fulfillment Planning team is currently assisting. Next update in 30min.
