Support teams in Vista confirm the issue is ongoing but a fix will not be ready until early next week. We will send another update by Monday to evaluate to progress.

Last update from the support teams indicate that both Product Catalog and Vista teams had resolved the issue with the product config but it needs to be updated on the website, which requires assistance from the EU Vista Pricing team.
Next update once they have updated the version and we can evaluate whether the problem is resolved.

The problem has been identified and the owning squad in Vista has been contacted to make the necessary changes. We will send another update once we’ve heard back from that team who is able to modify the product and fix the issue.

The shipping calculator is currently not displaying delivery options and is instead showing a fallback message. The issue has been traced to API failure and is under investigation by the MCP team. This issue is treated as a low-severity issue at this time.
