Updated

UPDATE:

The plant has confirmed they can wait until business hours for the batching and permissions issues to be fully resolved since they are not blocking production. We will send another update once the MIS teams are back online and we have additional details to share.

Updated

UPDATE:

Support teams are still working both issues (batching and permissions) separately. All machines are currently unblocked and the root cause for the rollover/reassigned batches will be determined during business hours. Currently, they are working to unblock the permissions issues for the affected users. Next update in 30min or sooner.

Updated

UPDATE:

Support teams are reviewing the batching issue. Production confirms the machines are not blocked, though they are seeing an issue now with users unable to view the shift plan due to permission issues. This might be unrelated, we’re currently checking. Next update in 30min.
