UPDATE:

The deployment to Attribute Resolver that likely caused the issue began at 9:30am ET and errors were identified at 12:30pm. The infrastructure was stabilized by ~1:00pm and related task queues were caught up by ~1:12pm. Other affected services include Item Delivery Possibility, Configuration and Product Linker services.
