UPDATE:

Support team completed a deep dive on multiple examples and found no retries logged in some cases, but identified specific failure points in others:
One case involved repeated conduit timeouts (~50 attempts) without printer response.
Another failed after printing due to a missed status update with the Orders Service, causing reprocessing.
Next steps include improving how to handle status update failures (e.g., retries + alerts) and investigating conduit-related issues further. Ops has been informed and follow-up is ongoing.

UPDATE:

The duplicate label prints are likely due to the Label Sheets Service not receiving timely confirmations from DPK printers, causing it to retry jobs. The printers are processing the first request, but delayed or dropped responses are triggering reprints. Support team is reviewing logs and network conditions and will share more soon. Next update when we hear back more information from Support team.
