Initial feedback from production is positive. Embroidery jobs are being processed as expected. We will keep the incident open for a while to make sure things are still working as the activity ramps back up.

VEN IT has restarted the affected service. Currently waiting for shift break to end before we can resume testing and confirm whether or not the problem is resolved. Next update in 30 minutes.
