Since the issue could have affected orders for all business units, we’re adding those to the escalation just in case they’ve had any reports on their end.

An increase in average response times was identified by Product Catalog Domain for several services related to order flow. The issue has since recovered, lasting from 11:50am ET to ~12:13pm ET. The services are now functioning normally, though we’re opening an incident in anticipation of reports from fulfillers of order flow problems during the outage. Currently not paging any squads for assistance.
