The final part of the fix for the Orders API issue in production has been deployed, and everything is currently working as expected. Hence, we are moving the case status to ‘Contained’.

UPDATE:

Final part of the fix for the Orders API issue in production has been deployed and the problem is now resolved. Order counts have been corrected and initial verification looks good. We are currently awaiting final confirmation from the fulfiller before declaring the incident contained.

The problem has been broken down into three parts, two of which have been solved already. The last item will require additional testing before a fix can be released tomorrow during IST hours.

We will keep the incident open and follow up with the teams before AM ET to verify the fix. In the meantime, customers may be unable to view previous orders in the ‘My Orders’ page.

BoxUp is now able to see the orders, but a few are still returning an empty array. The team is currently investigating the issue. Next update in 30mins or less.
