Team has identified the root cause and implemented a fix. The order is now ready to be reinjected and the Support team will proceed with the reinjection. At this point the incident is considered contained.

Team updated the document reference with a corrected version and successfully validated it using internal tools. The updated document has been shared with the relevant support team to reinject the order while root cause analysis continues. Next update in max 1 hour

Team identified that the issue related to the high order value block was caused by the input document and not by the parameters. Support team has asked the fulfiller to re-upload the document while they continue investigating. Next update in max 1 hour.
