Incident Resolved: CTIM-1533
After monitoring the situation, the customer has confirmed that there have been no further reports of the Cockpit loading issue. We are now containing the incident.

UPDATE:

Cockpit loading issue appears to be intermittent and is not causing significant disruption at the moment. Support teams have not received any alerts related to this and we are continuing to monitor the situation for sometime before declaring the issue contained.

Cockpit is not loading properly since 9:22 CEST. It takes about a minute to return a 200 Success response but comes back without any content.
