UPDATE:

The most-likely cause was identified as an issue in Studio that occurred last Friday (6/13/2025) and the failed orders are just now being routed into manufacturing.

The problem has since been fixed, but we will have to work on remediation during business hours tomorrow (ET). Next update in 12 hours or sooner if we are able to confirm the next steps for fixing the previously-affected orders.

Currently 300+ orders for NA Business Cards are failing to draw due to a possible product config issue. Viper Plant Optimization team identified the issue where certain SKUs are failing to draw after being accepted into production but not due to a prepress issue. More details are being gathered in the incident channel.
