The rejected orders have all been remediated and are in production. Vista product teams will still need to make corrections on their end before the product is reenabled. The incident is contained, though we will follow up to confirm the product status early next week.

UPDATE:

A workaround has been implemented to prevent additional orders for this product until the corrections have been made. A plan to remediate the rejections is in progress. Once the affected orders are fixed, a permanent fix will be applied so the product can be made available again to customers. Next update in one hour.
