After the problem was reported at ~11am ET, Product Catalog was able to resolve the underlying issue by 11:10am ET. At this point, the incident is contained. We will follow up with Vista to assess the impact level, though everything should be functioning as expected at this point.

Vista reported to CT Product Catalog Domain that various products including Roll Labels, Perfect Bound Booklets and Mailing Services Postcards were showing as Out of Stock on the website. Product Catalog teams already rolled back a deployment to mitigate the issue. We’re not paging any additional teams but are gathering details on current impact in the incident channel.
