UPDATE:
Currently there’s no indications of problems with the orders being sent to the supplier as they are showing successful transfer status from the MCP. The configuration for that flow has not been changed recently (since April 2nd). We will likely need additional info from Solopress to continue the investigation.

Tradeprint has planned to discuss with the fulfiller early tomorrow to continue investigating the issue. We will keep this incident open so we can track its progress. We will send another update as soon as more details become available, though it might not be until we hear back from the fulfiller.

Tradeprint has 73 orders that aren’t able to be transferred to Solopress. Sending escalation to Product Operations with ‘high’ priority, though not currently engaging paging until we can determine if the issue is within the MCP or is due to some issue with the fulfiller. More details are being gathered in the incident channel.
