Escalation sent to: PCD: Product Operations for review.
BoxUp reported some orders being stuck in production for custom square mailers. The example orders have an improper output for the manufacturing document URL (showing as a PDF instead of the expected JSON).

The issue is considered critical at this point after being unable to find a resolution since it was first raised on Thursday, May 15. Production Operations is currently working the problem. Next update in 30min.
