Website login issue affecting all users across the Vistaprint website.
Incident Resolved: CTIM-1452
The team hasn’t noticed any spike since 9:00 AM UTC. As a precautionary measure, the Access Team has reduced the sign-up threshold for suspicious IP throttling and informed Auth0 to monitor the issue. The case status is being moved to ‘Contain’ as there is currently no ongoing issue.

UPDATE:
The Access Team informed CTIM that this is an intermittent issue, which has occurred only twice for a few minutes. The most recent occurrence was around 5:00 AM EST and lasted for 2–3 minutes.
