Account sign-up issues have been resolved as of 11:55am ET (~45 min ago). Vista support teams confirm the functionality is restored on their end. At this point, the incident is contained.

Support teams have identified an issue with a third-party service. An urgent ticket has been raised with the service. We will update again in 30 minutes or sooner as more details become available.

Vista customers are currently unable to create accounts on the website. Users receive a message that ‘Sign up failed’. Logs show timeouts and request limit issues. More detail in the incident channel.
