UPDATE:

Though we believe this issue has been resolved since the product changes yesterday, we’re keeping the issue open through the weekend until we can confirm with production on Monday.

All affected orders were rejected and will be recreated by the Vista product team.

Support teams are still in the process of remediating the orders. We will send another update once we confirm the affected items have been resent for production and are being printed with the correct cut lines.

UPDATE:

Since production for these products (metal signs) is currently disabled, we won’t be able to confirm the fix until tomorrow. We will keep this issue open until we’ve verified that new orders are printing with the correct cut lines.

In addition, we will need to confirm the start time of the original change that caused the issue so that a complete list of affected orders can be generated and sent to CiM for reorders.

We’re currently identifying the next steps for production to verify the fix as well as the process to remediate the affected items.

Vista Product Teams have updated the problematic product config which should resolve the problem with the cutlines. We’ll wait for confirmation from production before we close the issue.

UPDATE:

WND large format is still heavily impacted due to the issue, though other products are still able to be produced. Prepress and Vista Product teams continue to investigate the problem. We will provide another update as soon as we have more details on a potential fix.
