Printdeal complaint creation notification handlers are not active

Incident Resolved: CTIM-1420
Optic informed us that the complaint was created during the auth outage (#CTIM-1411), which may have caused an issue with event creation. Print Deal confirmed that the emails are being sent without any issues; hence, we are moving the case status to ‘Contained’.

CTIM is currently investigating, at the highest priority, an incident affecting Printdeal complaint creation. Notification handlers are not active, Customer Care cannot see the complaint on the Cockpit order page, and the customer does not receive an email. The issue has been ongoing since May 7 at 10:45 CEST. The next update will be provided after we hear back from the Product Operations team.
