Users confirmed the problem is fixed. Incident is contained. We will check with Artwork teams on root cause details after they’ve had time to investigate more thoroughly.

Recent changes to designer tools that were deployed today have been reverted. The system appears to be functional again, pending confirmation from users.

Artwork Support reports that artists are having trouble uploading in the design review app (design-review.prepress.cimpress.io). This is affecting orders where the design needs to be modified (NeedsEditors DeignError app). The Artist Experience team has already been paged and are currently working the issue.
