WND has confirmed the patch is working as expected. Declared orders are being shipped via FedEx for now. We will keep the incident open a bit longer in case there’s any additional reported problems.

Fix is in the testing phase but testing progress is currently blocked due to issues in the dev and test environments involving dependent services which are inhibiting further validation. Next update when we get more details on the testing progress or CTIM will follow up on this in next 2 hours.

The Snorlax team needs assistance from the Viper MIS team to investigate why the shipment was planned with a carrier that cannot handle declared shipments, instead of one that can. Therefore, an escalation has been sent to MIS Production Planning to look into this issue.
