No additional issues have been reported. Current data shows that ~4700 customers were impacted.

The incident is contained, though teams will continue to investigate and determine the root cause info which will be added to the PIA and postmortem.

Website Pricing Service has been rolled back successfully. Both CT and Vista teams have confirmed that the symptoms have improved. We will continue to monitor the issue to ensure it’s fully recovered.

Rollback of recent changes to Website Pricing Service is ongoing. The deployment of those changes aligns with the timing of the initial impact and is likely the main cause. We’ll know more once this process is complete.

Alchemy Squad is reverting an ongoing deployment to see if that was the cause of the original problem. The impact to customer checkout issues has increased in the past 30min.

Vista has reported ~700 customers being blocked from checkout in the past hour due to pricing errors. Logs show requests to retrieve pricing data are returning: ‘wrong quantities on price model’. They’re currently checking to see if it’s related to any specific products.
