BoxUp confirms that order placement in Cockpit it again working as expected. They’re now checking additional processes to be sure full functionality has been restored.

Dev teams have released a patch into production that should resolve the issue, pending confirmation from the fulfiller.

Cockpit UI team has been working to implement code changes for the selector to resolve this issue without pushing all the upgraded components that aren’t yet ready for production.

BoxUp continues to use the staging URL as a temporary fix, though it has some limitations. We’ll update again in an hour with any additional progress.

E-Commerce team is still working on testing the upgraded selector version and have no current ETA. Next update in max 1 hour.

Teams are currently working on upgrading the Selector component after seeing some success in testing environment. However, the upgrade needs to be fully tested before being moved to production and there is currently no ETA on this. In the meantime, the team has created a containment by providing a staging URL to users to allow them to do their work in Cockpit. CTIM next update in max 1 hour.

BoxUp is currently unable to enter or edit orders in Cockpit. They have attempted this with multiple products and orders but the issue persists.
